Welcome to The21Suns. To ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience, please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across Trinidad and Tobago using Odeliver, TTPOST, and other local third-party courier partners. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select areas via local couriers.
Please note that delivery timelines and routing are dependent on the courier assigned. The 21 Suns is not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or service disruptions caused by courier availability, operational changes, or circumstances beyond our control.
The stated processing timeframe applies to standard in-stock items only. Custom products and pre-orders are excluded and are processed according to the timelines provided at checkout or order confirmation.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within two to four business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During restocks, shop updates, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped using tracked services via TTPOST, Odeliver, or our private courier partners. Tracking information will be provided when available. Tracked shipping is the most secure and reliable delivery option.
Untracked shipping is offered only for select low-risk or lightweight items. Untracked shipments are sent at the customer’s risk, and The21Suns is unable to replace, refund, or locate items once dispatched without tracking.
Cash on Delivery is available in limited areas through select couriers. Online prepaid orders are prioritized over COD orders, and COD deliveries may experience longer processing or delivery times.
Free Pickup at Popups
Free in-person pickup is available at designated popup events hosted by The21Suns. Customers may select “Free Pickup” at checkout to reserve their order for a popup location. Pickup dates, times, and locations vary and should be confirmed before selecting this option. Cash or LINX payments are accepted at pickup.
Orders not collected during the designated pickup window may be cancelled unless delivery is arranged. Missed collection does not qualify for a refund.
Package Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect the external condition of their package before signing for or confirming delivery. If a package appears damaged, torn, or tampered with, the courier should be notified immediately and the issue documented prior to acceptance. This allows us to better assist with any necessary claims.
Packaging
All orders are packaged securely and with care. Some items may be gift-wrapped or sealed. Customers are advised to open packages carefully to avoid accidental damage during unpacking.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and assist with a claim through TTPOST or the assigned courier where applicable. While we will do our best to support customers, untracked packages are non-refundable once dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is one to three business days after processing, depending on location. Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time, particularly when shipped via TTPOST or third-party couriers.
Address Issues and Redelivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. The21Suns is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information or failure to collect, reshipping fees will apply.
